Andrew Dippie — Walk, Talk and Run group
The Monday and Thursday Walk, Talk and Run group is led by Andrew. He has coaching experience, holds DBS clearance, and is working towards further coaching qualifications.
This group is ideal for those new to the club but wanting to develop further, those wanting to build on progress so far under coaching guidance, or those just wishing to run socially.

Mark Brown — Junior competition group
Monday night sessions are often tough — you need to be ready and willing to get the most out of your session. Sessions usually have a minimum 1 mile warm-up and warm-down at various locations around Morpeth.
- Stay together
- Wear bright reflective clothing
- Bring warm clothes (hat and gloves in winter)
- Pay attention to the roads… and the coach!
The group is aimed at kids competing or preparing for competition, so think about your goals and how you can improve while having fun at the same time.
Running one night a week on a Monday is not enough to build towards competitions, so where possible consider additional sessions such as track or longer distance work.
